Board of Directors

Cypress is governed by a Board of Directors that affirms the Cypress Hybrid Academy Statement of Faith and adheres to the Cypress Hybrid Academy By-Laws. The Board is comprised of both CHA parents and local leaders. The complete list of board members is below.

• Victor Monheim– Chairman of the Board; CRNA at Aultman Orrville Hospital and CEO of Monheim Anesthesia, LLC

• Thomas Welch – Vice Chairman of the Board; Registered Nurse at Akron Children’s Hospital Emergency Department

• Daniel Ackerman– Secretary, Pastor and Elder of Oaks Church in Wooster, OH

• Colin Davison, PhD – Board Treasurer; Assistant Professor of Economics and Business Economics at The College of Wooster

• Lindsey Lawson – Board Member, a veteran homeschool educator and mother of five, with 15+ years devoted to Christ-centered education.
